If you have ordered the full version of Print File List Pro, you probably instantly received an email with the product key to unlock the full version of the product. However, when you copy and paste the product key into the registration window, you receive the message “Sorry, Invalid Key.”
This error occurs because there are sometimes invisible characters on your Windows clipboard when you copy the product key from your registration email. For example, the copy function may have picked up an invisible space or return character, and Print File List Pro will detect these extra, invisible characters and will not be able to validate this against the true product key.
To work around this error, after you copy/paste the Print File List Pro product key, hit the backspace on your keyboard to ensure that there are no spaces or invisible characters lingering behind the product key. Then click the “Validate Key” button again.
If this still doesn’t work, try typing the product key yourself. The Print File List Pro product key is case sensitive, so make sure that capital letters are indeed capitalized.
OK, if it still doesn’t work, you can always submit a support request from our support page. We can provide additional assistance, and as a last resort, can even send you a licensed copy of the product that does not require registration. In this case, just make sure to provide your receipt number.
